The main bedroom is generously sized, featuring a king-size bed and an adjoining, high-end main bathroom. This bathroom is equipped with a double vanity, a relaxing soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and a convenient washer/dryer.

The well-appointed kitchen boasts new appliances and comes with all the necessary cookware, pots, pans, and utensils to create a gourmet meal. The dining area comfortably seats four, with additional seating for two at the kitchen bar. The cozy living space opens up to a private balcony, providing a peaceful outdoor retreat. For added convenience, the living area also includes a sleeper sofa, making it perfect for guests.

Please note that parking passes are required and must be pre-purchased online through the HOA. Each pass costs $50 per stay and must be registered to your vehicle. During peak season, there is a limit of one parking pass per unit. However, a second pass may be available during the off-season and can be used in the overflow lot.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
