The Primary bedroom features a King bed, a private bath, and direct access to the balcony, ensuring a serene and comfortable stay. The second bedroom is equipped with a cozy Queen bed, while the third guest room offers two Twin/Bunk beds, making it perfect for kids or additional guests. An additional full hallway bathroom adds convenience for all.

This beautiful unit also includes a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, and a stacked washer and dryer to keep your beachwear fresh. Seaside Beach and Racquet Club 4712 provides the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. Noise from work between 8AM-5PM Monday thru Friday. 2 cars maximum for parking. Parking Fee is $50 for each vehicle and goes directly to the condo association on site. Primary renter must be 25 years or older.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
