All renters (responsible party) must be 25yrs of age and are required to be on site for the duration of the rental time period.
The Condominium complex does not allow pets (owners only). There is a security guard on site. Parking/Registration is $45, and the pass is good for your entire stay.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
